Food Education
Food is a powerful connector, and teaching is my favourite ways to bring people together.
I’ve led everything from hands-on kitchen classes to multi-week programs on cooking skills, seasonal eating, and food literacy. Whether it’s teaching knife skills to teenagers or meal prep tips for busy families I meet people where they’re at and make food feel doable, fun, and nourishing.
