Weekly, Bi-weekly and Monthly options available

Meal prep is about making everyday eating easier and more nourishing. I’ll spend a few hours in your kitchen preparing a variety of ready-to-eat meals and snacks, tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and routine. Meals can be enjoyed fresh or frozen for later, whatever works best for your week. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to eat well without the stress of planning, shopping, or daily cooking.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

In a standard meal prep visit, I usually have time to prepare:

  • 3 different main dishes (4 portions each)

  • A lunch option, such as a soup or hearty salad (4 portions)

  • A simple baked good or snack

This works out to about $18 per meal

What’s Included?

  • Up to 4 hours in your kitchen including full kitchen clean up

  • Custom menu planning based on your preferences and needs

  • Ingredient sourcing and grocery shopping (with options to keep costs down)

  • Everything is packed up with your reheating preferences in mind, with portions tailored to your household: from individual meals to family-style dishes.

About Food Costs

Most meal prep sessions fit comfortably within the starting rate. If a menu includes specialty ingredients, premium proteins, or highly specific dietary needs, food costs may be higher. If that’s the case, I’ll always flag it in advance so there are no surprises.

Cost-Saving Over Time

For ongoing clients, I also help with pantry planning and bulk-buy strategies: stocking staples you actually use, reducing waste, and lowering grocery costs over time. As I get to know your kitchen and preferences, each visit becomes more efficient and cost-effective.

How It Works

  1. First session & onboarding
Your first visit includes a one-time $80 deposit, which covers onboarding and setup (getting to know your tastes, dietary needs, kitchen flow, and how meals need to fit into your life). This sets the foundation for smooth, enjoyable sessions going forward.

  2. Menu & sourcing
I design a menu that works for you and handle ingredient sourcing with seasonality, quality, and budget in mind.

  3. Cooking day
I cook for approximately 3 hours, with 1 hour for setup and clean-up. You’re left with a clean kitchen and a fridge (or freezer) full of meals ready to enjoy.

  4. Ongoing support
Over time, I’ll get to know your preferences and kitchen flow so things run smoothly. Got a fridge full of veggies? I’ll turn them into something delicious.

  5. Easy scheduling
Once you’re a client, booking future sessions is simple. You can schedule visits directly through my booking platform. Easy peasy!
